Safety & Site Conduct

Safety is the first value at MCFI. Every employee — from new hire to crew lead — has stop work authority.

If you see an unsafe condition:

1. Stop the work. Don't argue, don't negotiate. Stop.
2. Make the area safe (de-energize, barricade, evacuate as appropriate).
3. Escalate to the on-site safety lead and your PM.
4. Document in the safety portal within 24 hours.

There is no schedule pressure, client request, or "we've always done it this way" that justifies bypassing a safety procedure.

Daily safety routine

• Morning toolbox talk (5–10 min)
• PPE check before entering the white space
• Job hazard analysis (JHA) for any non-routine task
• End-of-shift walk-down
