At-Will Employment
Employment with MCFI is at-will. Either you or the company may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this handbook — and no verbal statement by a manager or recruiter — creates an employment contract or guarantees employment for any specific period.
Only a written agreement signed by an authorized MCFI officer can modify the at-will relationship.
