About This Handbook
Welcome to Mission Critical Facilities International (MCFI). This handbook is a general guide to working at MCFI — covering policies, expectations, and the resources available to you on every project.
Because our teams deploy to client data centers across the country, no handbook can cover every scenario. When in doubt, talk with your supervisor or the People Operations team at our Spicewood, Texas headquarters.
How to use this handbook
- New hires: Read sections 1–3 in your first week, and skim 4–9.
- Field crews: Sections 4 (Compensation), 6 (PTO), and 7 (Safety) are the ones you'll reference most often.
- Office staff: Sections 3, 4, and 8 cover the day-to-day.
- Managers: You're accountable for every section — especially Safety and Workplace Practices.
